We are looking for a proactive M&A Development Rep to join our high-performing team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and securing potential acquisition targets, helping to expand our business portfolio.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source M&A opportunities
  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Initial screening and qualification of targets
  • Build and maintain industry relationships
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Initial due diligence support
  • Maintain deal pipeline and CRM
  • Prepare acquisition proposals
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Report on acquisition opportunities
  • Support negotiation preparation

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  •  2-3 years experience in a similar role; internships or part-time work in business development, or M&A within the BPO Industry is a plus.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
